Terminator Engineering 
Thank You for purchasing the Terminator High Pressure Oil System (HPOS). 
 
The Terminator HPOS is a high performance product.  Terminator Engineering is not 
responsible for any drive-train failures (engine, transmission, etc.)
 
IMPORTANT: 
1.  Read all installation directions first. 
2.  You must run proper tuning with our dual pump system or engine failure may occur. 
Installation: 
1. Drain oil reservoir. Remove oil reservoir. Remove Y-intake spider.  Remove small 
cover in front of the engine above water pump behind heater hose. 
 
2. Remove HPOP gear bolt(18mm socket) be careful not to drop washer under the bolt. 
Ford 94' -97' remove stock filter and fuel pump when installing a HPOS.  You will need 
to upgrade your fuel system.  Ford 99'-03' remove stock fuel filter(Stock fuel lines will 
need modification to clear the billet spacer, driverside in particular. You will also need to 
modify the drain hose from the SD filter can). Remove the two HPOP lines from your 
factory pump. Remove 2 bolts holding HPOP to timing cover. Carefully remove factory 
HPOP. 
 
3. Install the driverside factory oil line onto the Terminator before installing pumps into 
engine valley, by removing it from the head.  This makes certain that the fitting is not 
cross threaded upon installation(should be a tight fit when installed). 
 
4. Now install the entire assembly into the engine valley. Remove the two nuts securing 
the pumps.  Slide pump assembly in the timing cover.  Torque the new bolts to 25ft/ibs.  
Install gear bolt and cover to factor specs. 
 
5. Install passenger oil line to remaining port on rear pump.

Suction Port 
1.  Remove sensor on rear of the reservoir on driver side. Install push-lock fitting into 
brass T-fitting, opposite of male thread to reservoir.  Now install brass T-fitting(supplied) 
into reservoir.    Install suction hose to T-fitting. Now re-install factory sensor to 
remaining port on T-fitting. 
 
Blow Off Line 
1. The remaining port on the top of the billet block is for your blow off line. Align the 
fitting into the direction of your filler cap/passender side valve cover. Install bulk head 
fitting supplied in the kit, by drilling a hole into your filler neck or valve cover (your 
choice, though most prefer the filler neck, because of simplicity).  
2. Now install hose between the billet block and bulk head fitting. 
 
Re-Installation 
1. Re-install your factory fuel system(99-03).  
2. Refill oil reservoir. 
3. Make sure all lines are tight(oil and fuel). 
4. Be sure all wiring harnesses and sensors are reconnected. 
5. Project is now complete! 
6. Start your engine and enjoy your Terminator High Pressure Oil System!
